Are the monthly association fees going to stay low? |
Yes. As of 2008, the monthly fees are $45/month. MeadowWood does not have a lot of extra amenities to maintain. The association fees cover snow plowing, grass cutting and fertilizing of the common areas and garbage pick-up. By not having to maintain expensive facilities, buildings, pools, etc... we will be able to keep our overhead low.
