Everyone enjoys the fact that MeadowWood is in a location that is so quiet. We are lucky to be surrounded by "Heartland 5" zoning or zoning that requires 5 acres per home site. With any home being built around MeadowWood requiring 5 acres of land, we feel pretty confident that the wooded areas will remain wooded. We are also located just a short walk from the waters of Green Bay and a few minute drive to "the other side" to get to the shores of Lake Michigan.
