MeadowWood is an affordable development that is available for residents of Door County to encourage homeownership or available for anyone who would just like to be a part of Door County, without having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a home. 

We certainly hope that we have workers and current Door County Residents take advantage of our homeownership opportunity. What a great way to encourage young people to stay, live and work here in our communities.  But with being the only affordably priced development in Northern Door County, many other folks from all over the country are purchasing homes.
